The Only Thing Better Than Fried Food Is Iowa’s Fresh Fruit At The Farmers Market. Source: Facebook user Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market. They need more calories for energy! On the other hand, some people just want to slim down a little. A 1,200-calorie diet may be too restrictive for them.
For that reason, we created this nutrient-dense, healthy 1800-calorie daily menu. It’s filled with delicious food that’s easy to make. You’ll love every minute! We took the work out of menu planning by creating a week’s worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert. How great is that?
This means all you have to do is follow along to stick to your calorie goal. The 1800-calorie daily menu includes two snacks a day in between your main meals. This much snacking might seem like a lot, but we’ve carefully balanced out your calories (along with your protein, fiber, and fats) to keep you feeling full all day long. Feel free to make substitutions, and you can always make extras so you have leftovers. If you’re making changes to the program, keep in mind that you’ll need to do some math to keep your daily calorie count under 1,800. And, if you’re looking to eat slightly less than 1800 calories, skip the dessert and you’ll land somewhere between 1,500 to 1,600 calories. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us in the comments!

Follow us on, or so you won’t miss the latest and greatest!
Eliminate: French Toast. I mean, I rarely make French Toast, and are much more a staple! I’ve been much bigger into waffles though down here in college since it’s easy to just whip out and plug in my waffle iron instead of lug pans and batter down to the kitchen. Hopefully once I’m home again I can make all three much more readily! 2., Cake, or Brownies?
Eliminate: Cake. O god, I know!
Don’t kill me! But even though I never eat pie except and, and I’d take a brownie before cake. Brownies are kinda like cake right? Although I love. I don’t know really.
I never eat that kinda stuffjust not appealing to me. Curly Fries, Crinkle-Cut Fries, or? Eliminate: Crinkle-Cut. Curly fries are just fun! Steak cut fries are just super easy to make.
Just cut a potato. Crinkle-cut I picture are being super limp and wet, haha! 4., Pizza Rolls, or Bagel Bites? Eliminate: Pizza Rolls.
I hate when my brother makes those microwave things at homethey smell bad! But I am all for, and pizza with a bagel base is always a winner 😉 Speaking of, did you ever make English muffin pizzas as a kid? I loved them! Take an, top with sauce, cheese, spices, and put it in the oven!
Haha, the good old days 😉 5. Chocolate Chip Cookies, Sugar Cookies, or Peanut Butter Cookies?
Eliminate: Sugar Cookies. Chocolate anything will always win and peanut butter is delicious! But I think I’d really go for these or a good oatmeal cookie! Bacon, Sausage, or Ham? Eliminate: Sausage.
I’m going to cheat here and say the “bacon” is and ham is just less gross then sausage. I never liked that crap even when I ate meat, haha! Mozzarella Sticks, Onion Rings, or Potato Skins? Eliminate: Mozzarella Sticks.
Buzzfeed Food On Instagram: Any Day Is A Good Day For Macbook Pro
Why would anyone eat fried cheese? I have this killer recipe in my head for baked onion rings which I can’t wait to test! I think the only time I had authentic potato skins was years ago in an down in Wildwood, NJ!
But, potatoes always win. Lobster, Shrimp, or Crab? Eliminate: Crab.
I don’t eat seafood (only ), but when I did, I ate so minimal lobster or crab anyway. Only a few times. Shrimp I had a bit more, but still not a very common occurrence.
Barbecue Ribs, Hot Wings, or Mini Burger Sliders? Eliminate: Hot Wings. Obviously this game isn’t “Rebecca-Friendly”, but I’m just playing along. Fried stuff is just icky, and I’d take a any dayor even!
O, and I love, so. 10., Quesadillas, or? Eliminate: Quesodillas. Considering the fact that “queso”dilla means “cheese”dilla and that I have awesome recipes for the other two, that was a no-brainer. Check out these, these, this awesome in a coconut wrap too! Buttermilk Biscuits, or Bread Rolls? Eliminate: Buttermilk Biscuits.
Why would I ever want those when I can have and awesome “” 😉 12. Beef, or Pork? Eliminate: Beef. Cow was the first meat I eliminate since.my favorite animal is a cow, haha!
Online mmorpg games no download. I mean I enjoyed it quite a bit, but the grinding is just unbearble unless you hit up one of the 2x exp weekends/holidays or buy some exp boosters via their cash shop, I mean you could do worse. Dunno if it's compatible enough, but I can guarantee Maplestory will be a nice huge grind XD Never could bring myself to level past 43 I think lol.it's different though, obviously free and 2d gives it a funky platformer-ish feel to it. Just my 2 cents anyways.if you're looking for more of the mmorpg genre though, LotRO, DDO, and Age of Conan are some of the bigger names that are F2P, along with the lesser ones like Fallen Earth, X korean-produced mmo, etc etc.Maplestory is so terrible that they lowered the amount of XP required to level by like 30x overall (since launch) OT: Not much choice.
But I’d never eat pig either (obviously). I, the besides. I’ll keep my of for though. 13., or Energy Drinks? Eliminate: Energy Drinks. Well this was probably the easiest question so far! Who drinks gross energy drinks anymore?
That stuff is poison! All the and and I’m good to go! Skittles, Reese’s Pieces, or M&Ms? Eliminate: Reese’s Pieces. I never liked them (even when I ate candy).
The PB was so fake and sugary. My mom is obsessed wtih skittles, but I’m not a big fan of non-chocolate things either. M&Ms are the lesser evil here.
I also always had a weird thing for those little mini M&Ms in those cute flip containers! Bagels, or Croissants? Eliminate: Croissants.
Ick.Let me have all the bagels and of course my favorite! (I still have a bagel recipe I do have to share with you all from last summer.). 16., Lasagna, or? Eliminate: Lasagna.
Besides, I made a new mac ‘n’ cheese recipe over winter break (which I need to share), and obviously I love my ““! Ice Cream, Milkshake, or Frozen Yogurt? Eliminate: Milkshake.
They have always grossed me out my whole life. Just the sound of itugh! I’ll take some or dairy-free frozen yogurtif I have to! What a fun way to learn more about your food likes/dislikes!! I can’t believe you dissed mozzarella sticks!
I rarely eat them now, but they were a staple of my diet (along w Mac n cheese) when I was a kid!! Here are my answers: Waffles (not so exciting to me) Pie Crinkle-Cut Fries (although i don’t really like any of those choices; i like skinny crispy fries!) Pizza rolls (ew!) Sugar cookies All 3 – i don’t eat pork potato skins all 3 – i don’t eat shellfish bbq ribs burritos biscuits pork energy drinks skittles english muffins (tough one!) lasagna milkshake. Funny, I agree with you on many of these!
Except the sausage, but we can still be friends 😉 I’ve never been a cake lover and pie and brownies are just so much better. Also disagree on the reeses pieces if only because just the thought of skittles makes me nauseous! Way too much sugar, I have always chosen chocolate over pure sugar, plus I have fond memories of reeses pieces at the movies!
And I actually don’t like wings or ribs, mainly because they’re messy and I can’t figure out how to eat them properly 🙂 And I agree curly fries are just fun!
